Behaviour ::
IE5.x open a Smartchrome window with these handlers:

  close smartchrome window.
Smartchrome edges : native WIN32 resize (disabled).
Right dragging on grip : alternative smartresize (disabled).
Dragging on grip : move smartchrome on the screen.

Other browsers open a simple popup window.
